CorTech, LLC is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn. You will be able to take on a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and managing the daily office operations. Responsibilities Organize and schedule appointments Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish & English) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with basic office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Punctuality and reliability are essential. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
