Change Manager Needed Hiring for a company looking looking to go through strategic BPO and contracting transformation. Deliverables/responsible for: - Create change management strategies relative to transformation efforts for contracting on business process outsourcing. - Create framework for organizational change and growth - Develop a framework and communication plan for both internal stakeholders at the business unit level (P&L Leaders) and end customers that use our products. Ideal Candidate: Experience in MedTech or Pharma Space Background with organizational change management Management consulting experience in MedTech or Pharma Comfortable with presenting to executive stakeholders and cross functionally across multiple business units.
