CorTech is seeking to hire a Project Manager for our client in York, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $68.96/Hour Lead project manager for the implementation of a population health data and analytics technology platform. The platform assimilates data from multiple sources including 12 different EMRs, 7 different claims feeds and 2 different ADT Hospital encounter feeds. The project manager will be responsible for: Leading and coordinating the overall implementation effort, including developing and maintaining detailed project plan facilitating and driving project timelines managing stakeholders, deliverables and synchronizing work across multiple teams escalating risks and decisions for review acting as point of contact with analytics vendor to tirage and route communications proactively respond to other implementation project work as needed and directed Ideal candidate: Has 8+ years of project management experience Has experience and enjoys leading complex IT implementations, ideally in a health care environment working with data & analytics Has experience working within a large, matrixed integrated healthcare system Is familiar with IT terminology specific to clinical, administrative datasets and file sharing processes/ protocols Is quick to build relationships with a diverse team of stakeholders Is a strong and efficient communicator, both written and verbally Can manage asynchronous communications through use of project management tools and software Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: The following are essential job accountabilities: Changes management of business and clinical projects by: managing relationship with customer; developing business case and requirements with customers; documenting customer processes being changed; facilitating redesign of processes; recommending changes to customer processes. Manages projects and programs to ensure customer satisfaction, including: communicating progress to stakeholders and management; developing project charters, plans, estimates and schedules; ensuring work is completed and reporting variances; assigning tasks to team and controlling work loads; developing implementation, maintenance and support plans; tracking issues and risks; supporting project managers within other teams and mentoring junior project managers; facilitating prioritization of projects within a program; developing policies and procedures for projects; facilitating customer focus groups; designing project team staffing; negotiating service agreements with customers; developing and executing PM training; and socializing importance of PM to organization. Ensures that knowledge gained from project experience is reused in subsequent projects by: ensuring complete project documentation; collecting data from project activity; facilitating team collaboration; ensuring lessons learned are captured and reused. Ensures quality of projects by: reviewing adherence to methodology; correcting or elevating deviation from standards; and quantifying project benefits. The following are common expectations: Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. The following are nonessential job accountabilities for ADA purposes: Acts as a mentor to individual(s) assigned as project leader(s). Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as assigned. Performs other related duties as identified. Qualifications: Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience: 8 - 10 years Min Field Of Expertise: Proven Project Management with Computer Science, Business or Systems Analyst background. Healthcare experience preferred. Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work Working Conditions: Occasional pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries, Occasionally subjected to irregular hours, Occasional pressure due to deadlines for work completion Skills: Other - Excellent business relationship skills.
