CorTech is seeking to hire a Sr Specialist, Marketing for our client in Duluth, GA! Pay rate: 50.00 DULUTH, GA BASED Local employees are in the office 3 days a week. Tuesday - Thursday The Sr Specialist, Marketing helps support the development, execution and monitoring of marketing programs across a variety of channels. Their work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. Works with moderate guidance. Participate in the development of marketing plans; implements & executes tactical elements of the plan including setting and tracking appropriate KPI's. In conjunction with the Associate Directors, helps develop product promotional programs. Assist in the design, development, editing & execution of marketing messaging & collateral including advertisements, direct mail & technical information for targeted audiences in conjunction with internal marketing team and external agencies, including LMR processes and requirements. Coordinate the collection and storage of various sources of data, market research, competitive intelligence & industry trends and run basic analysis. Prepare & communicate program updates to entire sales & marketing organization. Work with marketing team to develop & manage expense budget and appropriate tracking system. Work with advertising agency to establish fee hours by marketer/brand, manage, track & update accordingly. Help with the coordination of events such as trade shows or conferences. Understands the sales budgeting process and participates in the prioritization of tactics. Assist in the coordination of marketing and product technical training materials for new hires under guidance of Sales Training department and Marketing team. Liase with the marketing & sales team to better understand the customer segmentation and customer needs. Coordinates communications between marketing and sales to aid in the implementation of marketing programs to customers. Skills: Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain BI's excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally. Successfully completes the compliance and learning modules assigned by the company. Exhibit strong written & verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
