Associate Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, Production Engineering Technician, Production Engineering Specialist, Junior Electro-mechanic, Senior Technical Associate Operations Management and Execution Functional breadth Collaborating across boundaries GMP/HSE compliance Adherence to Site KPIs Work with other groups (maintenance technicians, Quality, Engineering and Operations), ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines and document all Work according to GMP and HSE requirements Work to ensure that group of equipment and machines are maintained and operated in good condition following recommendations and procedures for equipment follow and prepare job plans, procedures and Work instructions related to the specific activities (e.g. electrical equipment, computer systems, etc.) Work and supervise contract service providers and support contractors executing maintenance activities and supervise and execute service Work with site customers to minimize the risks ensure proactive contributions to the continuous improvement efforts within the site maintenance Program and provide support for start-up, commissioning and turnover of new systems throughout the site Participate in planned and unplanned interventions on equipment and submit proposals for technical and other improvements supporting other technicians and operators when needed Responsible for personal and professional development support building organizational culture in line with Client V&B Responsible for independent and more demanding equipment or machines maintenance assuring appropriate conditions, participating in new engineering technology implementation in accordance with law, internal standards and regulations and business objectives in compliance with engineering SOPs, HSE regulations and GMP requirement. General HSE Knowledge Knowledge of GMP

Specific job requirements
Calibrates instruments, such as gauges, chart recorders, timers, RTD?s, pumps, RPM displays, and other devices as required.
Complete required documentation to certify the verification and calibration in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Assists in the outsourcing of Calibration activities including submitting purchase requisitions and coordinating shipment of department standards to outside vendors and scheduling outsourced calibrations.
Responsible for the timely and accurate input of information into the Calibration Computer Maintenance Management System to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assists in developing initiatives to reduce costs and dependency on outside vendors for calibration.
Able to document all activities in a legible manner following established formats and procedures.
