CorTech is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Support Specialist II for our client in Cartersville, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $31.25/Hour Shift: 7am to 4pm MUST HAVE HS Diploma Support the achievement of the strategic business group and ensure the achievement of our metrics; Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery and Cost within the manufacturing organization. You will be the information collection point between managers and staff and will partner with materials management, quality, sales, and engineering team to resolve various challenges on shop floor. Also, you will be the liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities The Manufacturing Support Specialist is required to support the responsibilities listed below: ·Interact with internal and external customers ·Provide training, coaching, mentoring to hourly employees ·Track inventory, monitor material status, expedite material orders ·Continuous improvement and eliminate waste ·Execute rapid problem solving and escalate when necessary ·Input internal and external customer and vendor orders ·Responsible for championing continuous improvements to scheduling tools ·Implement production plans and address issues YOU MUST HAVE ·High School Diploma WE VALUE ·As or bachelor?s degree ·Prior experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ·Some knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology ·Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others | |
