Must have sit down forklift experience. Will need to know how to operate a forklift to move trash. Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm $15-$17/hr DOE JOB STATEMENT: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, and removing trash. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ? Service, clean, or supply restrooms. ? Gather and empty trash. ? Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. ? Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. ? Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. ? Drive a forklift to move trash or materials. ? Drive a floor sweeper/scrubber. ? Keep work area clean and neat. ? Other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Apprenticeship program preferred. ? Less than 1-year previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: ? Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. ? Regularly required to walk, stand, and bend. ?
