CorTech is seeking to hire a PCN Contract Analyst and Administrator for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $24.00/Hour JOB DESCRIPTION: This position supports manages the contract process life cycle for Client Plus Care Network team within Case Management Services department. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate vendor verifications, contract negotiations, contract development, contract approvals, contact execution, and contract database maintenance. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations and Analytics. The PCN Contract Analyst & Administrator will be required to work on-site Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to work remotely Additionally, this position is responsible for working cross-functionally with Plus Care Network leadership, Client Division leadership, Client Legal, and external vendors to streamline the contracting process. A successful candidate must be an excellent communicator to ensure various stakeholders are informed about the status of the contracting progress and barriers. The candidate must also be capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing objectives and deliverables, and working under tight time frames to ensure deadlines are achieved. Major Accountability Coordinate and communicate the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award to post-execution, for Plus Care Network stakeholders. This will include cross-functional coordination including Client Legal, PCN operations and facility operations/leadership. Manage all contract projects by organizing in a systematic manner, always knowing the status and next steps for all action items. Ensure PCN contract templates are updated as needed. Audit existing PCN contracts to ensure vendor information is accurate Maintain the PCN contract database. Provide operational support regarding PCN contract issues, assignment and assumptions, and other inquiries. Regularly initiate follow-up with both internal and external customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction. Functional Knowledge The PCN Contract Analyst & Administrator is a contracting professional with an aptitude towards organization and process development. Must have experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Word Must be comfortable learning new technologies and systems. In particular, the candidate will be required, after training, to navigate and manage the Total Contract Manager (TCM) system. Has experience working in a matrix environment. In particular the ideal candidate possess the following skill-sets: Strong analytical and project management skills with ability to execute operationally. An in-depth understanding of legal concepts to act as a trusted liaison between the Legal department and functional areas. Proven capabilities in strategic and conceptual thinking and planning. Ability to obtain new knowledge of contract administration and contract auditing. Be fully conversant with a range of contract administration strategies that can be applied when setting up contracts to achieve optimal results; meeting organizational objectives and preventing risks. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate well with all levels of employees and management. Self-starter with the initiative to take on necessary tasks and issues proactively with minimal direction or supervision Education: Minimum Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and/or education required. | |
