We are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to end users in a 24x7x365 support center environment. The primary responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting problem resolution. This position requires strong customer service skills and basic IT troubleshooting knowledge. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to end users via telephone calls, email, and personnel requests - Identify, research, and resolve technical problems within established guidelines - Document, track, and monitor support requests to ensure timely resolution - Follow pre-established procedures and guidelines for performing job functions - Collaborate with team members to address complex technical issues - Adhere to COVID protocols and maintain a safe work environment Requirements: - 6 months tp 1 yr of customer service experience in an IT-related field or customer support role - Basic IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with commonly used IT concepts and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support center environment - Availability to work occasional shifts and overtime as needed - Reliable home office setup with a Windows 10 computer, current security/anti-virus program, headset, and distraction-free environment Preferred Skills: - Previous call center experience - Familiarity with IT help desk operations - Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices Key Points: - Pay: $21.00/hr - Shift: 8am-4:30pm (5 days a week) - Overtime is highly likely## | |
