CorTech is seeking to hire a Warehouse Clerk for our client in Arden, NC!  
Benefits Available!
Weekly Pay! 
$16.50/Hour

Assignments would be 2-3 months starting as soon as possible. We could potentially offer good candidates an option to go full time in production at that point.
These are temps covering a couple of folks on leave.

? Dress Code- No tank tops, nothing with holes or frays, closed shoes, No fake nails or fake lashes. Is this correct? It?s not quite business casual, jeans, or shorts (no more than 2 inches above the knee) and t-shirts are fine.
They?re primarily doing rework off the production lines.
These are relatively small medical kits that may need components removed or added to each individual kit from a case. They could also be relabeling or in some instances breaking down the kits entirely into their individual components where some of the items may be used in other kits or scrapped entirely.

Just a heads up that we will also be trying to source these positions so I?ll let you know if we identify a candidate.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for accurate processing of materials as a result of customer returns,
product damage, packaging damage, expired product, obsolete product, non-conforming product and production component returns. Disposition duties include but are not limited to inspection, weighing, counting, sorting, packaging breakdown, re-packing, labeling and product destruction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps safety of self and others as top priority
Performs duties in conformance to all relative Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms and GDP.
Performs material handing duties as required in work area to stage WIP work lanes.
Assures all product information is accurate, complete and conforms to requirements.
Performs necessary transactions in the SAP system
Works well with others in a team environment, is a positive contributor to all team goals, meets or exceeds efficiency and through-put standards.
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
Performs additional duties as directed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
One or more years of manufacturing or distribution center experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Ability to learn and function in an SAP and Microsoft Office environment.
Ability to understand and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Frequently twists torso when maneuvering into rows or shelving to retrieve products; frequently works above shoulders to store or retrieve items that are located on the racks in the warehouse; frequently squats/kneels when picking from lower shelves in the warehouse.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; or up to 25 pounds of force frequently; or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Occasional push forces between 56 foot-pounds and 75 foot-pounds at average walking speeds. Rare lifting/carrying of weights greater than 76ft-lbs, rare push forces greater than 76 foot-pounds at average walking speeds. All weights and forces can be carried over short and long distances.
Visual Acuity: Closely viewing in order to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
