CorTech is looking for a Education Project Coordinator I for our client in Alpharetta, GA . Benefits Available! Get paid biweekly! Pay rate $22.00 per hour. Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in team project design and update meetings and propose improvements, if necessary. Works well with fellow team members. Support team goals, project schedules and new information gathering. Monitor assigned projects and coordinate all team members to keep completions on schedule Complete project-related paperwork by ensuring the Project Critical Path is maintained. Communicates with Sr. Manager when concerns arise. Actively engage in project correspondences with all stakeholders including email, text messages, telephone calls and videoconferences. Prepare, edit and review education materials. Ensures accuracy and formatting of all documents. Use SharePoint including loading and removing documents (For example: clinical issues, announcements, education materials, etc.) Communicate with HCPs to identify and define project requirements and objectives are met. Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures. JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES: An Education professional Project Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, hours, and timeframes for projects. Project coordinators perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management. EDUCATION : Bachelor?s degree. EXPERIENCE: ? Excellent communication skills both written and oral. ? User Knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint. ? Ability to conduct general research. ? Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player. ? Possess a bachelor?s degree. ? Proven experience writing academic or business-related documents." Must be very proficient in Power Point and Word. Will need to have experience in editing presentations. Would love to have someone with medical experience but not needed. Some minor project management work but this is mainly an admin role. | |
