CorTech is seeking to hire a Showroom Coordinator for our client in Lawrenceville, NJ! Pay rate: 19.48 Job Description: Computer experience with in Outlook to manage calendar. Dealing with customers that are walking into the showroom. Showroom days are Monday thru Saturday, work hours are 8:30AM-5PM (M-F) with unpaid lunch 30 minutes, Saturday work hours are 9:45AM-5PM. Will discuss the work schedule during interview. This is a 40 hour/week (5 day work week). ***THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM ROLE***. Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Prepare literature packages. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Maintain bid follow-up system. Address ?Thank You? cards for whole house selections. Qualifications: High school degree required. Experience in sales and customer service. | |
