Oracle Cloud Payroll Testing Analyst Work Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Pay: $31 - $47 per hour Position: Full-time **Job Overview** We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Payroll Testing Analyst to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This professional will collaborate closely with our Human Capital Management Project Team, playing a critical role in the development of a high-quality, bug-free solution. The candidate will leverage their expertise in payroll processes, software testing, and Oracle Cloud to enhance the functionality and reliability of our systems. ________________________________________ **Key Responsibilities** - Evaluating and understanding the testing scope and system specifications - Reviewing and understanding functional requirements, specifications, and documented test plans, cases, and steps - Predicting and understanding the expected outcomes for each of the test cases - Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results - Creating logs to document testing defects (using the Jira application) - Reporting testing bugs and errors, and coordinating with IT for resolution - Maintaining detailed records of test data and data values ________________________________________ **Qualifications** - Bachelor???s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - At least 2 years of work experience in an IT or HR Systems QA role - At least 2 years of experience in HR Payroll Administration - Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience testing Oracle Cloud HCM - Proficiency in using Jira or similar project management and bug tracking tools - Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification or similar is desirable ________________________________________ **SKILLS** - Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM - Experience in Software Testing and QA methodologies - Familiarity with Jira or similar tracking tools - Experience in HR Payroll Administration - Ability to handle Quality Assurance responsibilities## | |
