Oracle HCM Cloud Testing Lead Work Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Pay: $31 - $47 per hour Position: Full-time **JOB OVERVIEW:** We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Testing Lead, where you'll lead our efforts as we implement Oracle HCM Cloud and migrate from a legacy PeopleSoft HCM system. Your role will include leveraging Jira for test management and coordinating testing operations during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Define, lead, and execute all testing efforts. - Analyze business requirements and support test plans and materials. - Mitigate risk exposure and solution defects through a robust testing strategy. - Apply standard methodologies to meet project requirements and deliverables. - Manage testing resources, including project plans and schedules. - Create and validate functional requirements through use cases, user stories, and test scripts. - Train team members on testing procedures and tools. - Collaborate with colleagues to identify quality metrics for progress reporting. - Diagnose problems, report defects, and ensure successful test completion. - Facilitate training and change management post-implementation of major process or systems changes. - Comply with data privacy and HR governance model, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. - 3+ years of related HRIS functional knowledge in HCM, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Payroll, and Absence Management processes. - Experience with a full life-cycle Oracle HCM Implementation. - Training and Change Management skills preferred. - Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage business relationships. - Proactive, with great attention to detail, and able to meet aggressive deadlines. - Team player, willing to help where and when needed. **SKILLS:** - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Consistent, flexible, and committed to meeting deadlines. - Proficiency in using testing and test management tools. - Excellent issue resolution skills. - Meticulous attention to detail.## | |
