Oracle Cloud Core HR Testing Analyst * Work Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) * Pay: $57 - $68 per hour * Position: Contract (Full Time) **Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Core HR Testing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Human Capital Management Project Team to build a high-quality, bug-free solution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, software testing methodologies, and Oracle Cloud HCM. **Key Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and understand testing scope and system specifications. * Understand functional requirements, specifications, and documented test plans, cases, and steps. * Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. * Document and report testing bugs and errors in the Jira application, and follow-up with IT for closure. * Maintain records of test data and data values. * Plan and execute tests on Oracle Cloud Core HR modules. * Develop detailed test cases that map back to system requirements. * Deliver test results to stakeholders, detailing system performance and suggesting improvements. * Collaborate with team members to ensure system aligns with business needs. **Qualifications:** * 2+ years of work experience in an IT or HR Systems QA role. * 2+ years of experience in Human Capital Management Applications. * At least 6 months of testing Oracle Cloud HCM. * Proven experience with software testing methodologies and debugging processes. * Proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills. **Skills:** * Technical Skills: Oracle Cloud Core HR, Test Case Development, Bug Tracking, Test Reporting, Jira * Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Analytical Skills: Capable of understanding complex system requirements and translating them into test cases. * Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex issues during testing, and collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions. | |
