Work Location: Atlanta, GA (ON-SITE) Pay: $41 - $55/ hr Position: Full-time/ Contract **JOB OVERVIEW:** We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Recruiting Testing Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Capital Management Project Team to build a high-quality, bug-free solution. As an Oracle Cloud Recruiting Testing Analyst, you will play a vital role in evaluating, testing, and ensuring the functionality and performance of our Oracle Cloud Recruiting applications. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Evaluate and understand the testing scope and system specifications. Understand functional requirements, specifications, and documented test plans, cases, and steps. Comprehend the expected outcomes for each test case. Execute test cases, either manually or automated, and analyze the results. Create logs and issues in Jira to document testing defects. Document and report testing bugs and errors, following up with the IT team for closure. Maintain records of test data and data values. Collaborate with the Human Capital Management Project Team to address testing-related issues and ensure a high-quality solution. **QUALIFICATIONS:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of work experience in an IT or HR Systems QA role. 2+ years of experience in HR Recruiting Applications. At least 6 months of testing Oracle Cloud HCM. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Recruiting applications and Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and defect management. Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
