CorTech is seeking to hire a Lab Tech Jr. for our client in San Diego, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $21.61/Hour Start Time (AM/PM) 8:00 AM End Time (AM/PM) 5:00 PM This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases. May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for the tests, research, or process control. Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level, no experience required. Must have experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong communication skills, written and verbal Must be willing and able to work with human specimens including blood, urine, oral fluids, etc. (using appropriate PPE) Must be willing and able to lift approx. 40 lbs. Must be willing and able to work in refrigerated cold rooms / walk-in freezers / -80 C freezers Previous experience in a lab setting preferred | |
