CorTech is seeking to hire a Sales Center Shipper for our client in Piedmont, SC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $16.00/Hour "Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check." Shift 1st Shift Daily Start Time (ex: 9:00 am) 8:30 am Daily End Time (ex: 5:00 pm) 5:30 pm Working Days (ex: Monday - Friday) Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Candidates need to be able to lift 15-25 pounds. Must be at least 5?8? tall in order to reach the trays on the top of the stacks. Must understand they?ll be on their feet on a concrete surface for the duration of the shift, except for breaks. Responsible for a variety of Distribution Operations of baked goods and other products in our Sales Centers. The Sales Center Shipper is accountable for the proper count and verification of all incoming/outgoing product loads. Depending on the size of the Sales Center and the number of routes, tasks will include Loading/Unloading products, sorting, staging, inventory adjustments in our computer systems, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Sales Center. Follows all safety procedures Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred 0-3 Years of shipping experience preferred. Must be able to work around various chemicals and equipment. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to lift 15-25 pounds, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time (except for break and lunch periods), climb, perform repetitive motions, and work in a loud and hot environment. You must have good written and oral English language communication skills. Ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off) and work holidays and weekends (frequently required). | |
