CorTech is seeking to hire a Quality Laboratory Associate I for our client in Maumelle, AR! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.43/Hour REQUIRED TIME: Five days every week. Required every Monday ? Friday with Core hours 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Required to work during Holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday), as needed. Skills: Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Administrative/ Documentation General Expectations and Accountabilities: Day to Day Supports recording of Laboratory data in systems. Support Micro Laboratory Cleaning, Sanitization, and Houskeeping activites. Supports maintaining laboratory reports and documentation. This could including but no limited to compiling reports, compiling data, filing documentation, etc. Accountable to Lead micro laboratory inventory management process. Maintain microbiology laboratory stock and supplies. Accountable to receive and store laboratory inventory. Accountable to manage laboratory documents and archive according to documentation practices. Accountable to assist with laboratory reagents and media preparation for microbiological testing. Supports with micro laboratory audits. Supports holidays and weekends, as needed. SCOPE: The Laboratory Assistant works as a member of the mill Microbiological Laboratory team supporting laboratory organizational, testing, and administrative activities. The Laboratory Assistant takes work direction from the Quality Manager and Microbiology Lab Leader. After training for the position, the role is expected to operate with limited direction for day-to-day tasks. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED equivalency. Proficient Microsoft office 365 based (Excel, Teams, Word, Power BI, etc.) computer skills to complete inventory management activities, complete reports, and communicate updates. The candidate must also demonstrate strong communication and verbal skills and maintain details records and reports. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Some college experience or internship experience in a related scientific discipline, with biology lab, microbiology, or chemistry laboratory science courses. High School Diploma or GED equivalency. | |
