CorTech is seeking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic II for our client in Louisville, KY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $30.85/Hour As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be a critical part of the production team, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are performing at top notch! Primary Responsibilities Repair and perform preventative maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and proof test equipment as necessary to solve problems and pro- actively prevent them. PLC ladder logic troubleshooting and maintenance of power systems through standard instrumentation. Install, test and maintain control devices, pressure-sensing units and flow measuring devices. Install, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair Allen Bradley PLCs and install, test and maintain process motor control systems. Work from detailed technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Basic welding and fabrication. Qualifications 3-5 years in mechanical maintenance or related skills preferred. Electrical experience/background is strongly preferred. Two years technical training with state-of-the-art maintenance practices preferred. Experience using hand tools and power hand tools. Ability to read, interpret and understand technical documents and drawings of plant equipment. Ability to perform confined space entry, work at heights, lifting, and manual labor. Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel software, Micro Main, SAP, or similar CMMS operating systems. | |
