CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Service Support or Representative for our client in Cleveland, OH! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Education Requirements: High School Additional Job Details: Handle a high volume of customer interactions and be the voice of the customer Take ownership of key customer accounts Manage all aspects of quoting, order entry and statusing of orders to meet customer expectations Maintain digital records/files and some paperwork to ensure compliance Work with internal teams to quote new business based on customer provided requirements Assist all departments for any customer related issues Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Be a Team player - Work effectively in a team driven environment and culture Operate in a fast-paced work environment and be able to handle pressure and challenges from internal and external customers. | |
