CorTech is seeking to hire a Sales and Use Tax Specialist for our client in Tempe, AZ! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Start and End Time 8AM-5PM, flexible. Scheduled Days M-F Hybrid Schedule - Must be in office 1 day a week on Wednesday. Must be local. Acquire and maintain valid sales tax exemption certificates from Client customers and determine validity of such certificates through the understanding of state laws and requirements. Knowledge of state laws preferable but NOT required. Determine appropriate tax status resale, exempt or taxable based on the customers natures of business and types of products purchased. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook are required. Experience working with Tandem, Discoverer, Oracle and Checkpoint software is preferred not required. Excellent communication skills required with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external associates. Must be a highly motivated individual. | |
