CorTech Staffing is in search of Warehouse Leads & Coordinators for a Client in Pasadena, Texas...weekly pay, temp to perm opportunity and benefits available!

Available Shifts:
Monday - Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Sunday-Tuesday 7am-7:30pm

Pay:
$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr depending on experience.

Requirements:
- At least 3 months Sit down Forklift experience
- 1 year of shipping and receiving
- 1 RF Scanner experience

Job Description:
Planning, organizing, and directing activities within the warehouse to ensure that inventory levels are maintained
Communicating with other departments or managers to ensure that orders are fulfilled according to schedule
Ordering new inventory items from suppliers when stock is low
Monitoring employee attendance and productivity, and taking steps to improve performance where necessary
Reviewing inventory records to ensure that the correct amount of product is available for sale or use
Ensuring that all warehouse equipment is working properly and that safety procedures are followed
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders
Performing physical labor such as lifting boxes, moving inventory to storage areas, or cleaning work spaces
Overseeing the flow of inventory through the warehouse by ensuring that it is accurately stored and cataloged
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by regularly sweeping, mopping, and conducting general warehouse upkeep
Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, working with the shipping/receiving department to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
Train and supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed efficiently
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Load and unload trucks, checking for damaged or missing items
Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
Conduct quality control checks on products before they are shipped out
Resolve any issues that arise during the shift, escalating to management as necessary
Prepare accurate and detailed reports on daily activities
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
