Join our team in the Carol Stream, IL distribution center where you will be a member of our Warehouse Operations team. Cortech cares about you. 1st Shift: 9 am - 5: 30pm Overtime if needed Monday - Friday Temp to Hire Position Must be able to drive dock stocker and EPJ Will be unloading inbound shipments Counting cartons Signing for inbound shipments Must be able to read and write English Drive equipment such as trucks and forklifts to handle and transport materials .Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Equipment Operator Material Handling - Receiving Material Handling - Material HandlingSkills/Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. If required, must possess or be able to obtain the necessary equipment operation certification or licenses. Prior experience operating equipment and machinery in a transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing setting desired but not required Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
