Job Title: On-Site Recruiter (For Casino Client) Work Authorization:** US Citizen/Green Card Pay: $16-$20 PLUS a bonus structure in the form of monthly commission. Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (On Call during weekends) Location: Black Hawk, CO (On-Site) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced on-site recruiter to join our staffing agency and support our casino client in Black Hawk, CO. Your main responsibilities will include finding, hiring, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the casino. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a thorough understanding of the casino industry. The working hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications: - Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment. - Bonus: Previous experience in the hospitality or Food and Beverage industry is a plus. - Familiarity with relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the casino client's management team to understand their staffing requirements, including the desired skills, qualifications, and experience for various positions. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and networking. - Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' suitability for the casino client's specific roles and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. - Conduct background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screening activities as required. - Extend job offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork, documentation, and training are completed. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates. - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively advise and consult with the casino client on recruitment strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics. - Collaborate with the staffing agency's internal team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and the casino client.
