Join our team in the Carol Stream, IL distribution center where you will be a member of our Warehouse Operations team. Cortech cares about you. 2 nd Shift: 1:00 pm - 10: 00pm Overtime if needed Monday - Friday Temp to Hire Position Will be sorting out cartons of product and verifying part numbers and quantities using vendor packing lists Will assist with unloading UPS and FedEx Ground trailers Will be using RF to complete receiving process Will need to be able to read and comprehend vendor packing lists Will be lifting boxes and products up to 50 lbs. Summary: The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Receiving - LTL and Receiving - Scheduler Shipping - Will Call (customer aC - Cycle Counter Quality Assurance and Exception Billing Shipping - sit-down forklift) Inventory Control Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Ability to perform physically intensive labor including motions such as reaching, bending, picking up, standing for periods of time. Must be able to perform duties in a warehousing type environment, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
