Description: 1. Continued execution of the 2023 local learning and development strategy, including vendor relationships (such as DDI), internal and external program oversight and budget maintenance 2. Ensure offerings adhere to the 70-20-10- model, with the focus on the 10% (formal classroom learning) 3. Responsible for the overall quality and effectiveness of the Learning programs to maintain Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in the best-in-class range (over 65) 4. Collaborate with multiple business areas to assess the learning needs whilst building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across various levels and ensuring design and delivery of the curriculum that leads to engagement and acceleration of career development for key populations 5. Collaborate with onboarding and global mobility to ensure seamless new hire experience through Leadership Essentials Program and any other initiatives Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in the learning and development sphere EXPERIENCE AND ability to work in a fast paced matrixed environment EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY TO FACILITATE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS ability to lead a team of program managers and manager 1.
