CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Service Associate for our client in Jessup, MD! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $16.00/Hour Shift 10 am-6:30 pm Weekend work is required. All schedules are subject to change depending on business needs. As part of their duties, candidates will be responsible for gathering invoices, checking drivers in and out, and ensuring that all documentation is signed accordingly. They will also handle phone calls, filing, and other administrative tasks. It is important to note that this location operates 24/7. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure that will-call orders are processed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. The role involves face-to-face interactions with customers at the Will Call desk, handling payment transactions, and providing support to the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent. | |
