You will be responsible for assisting with various functions within the kitchen. You will perform routine cleaning duties as well as the following responsibilities: - Follow proper food handling procedures at all times - Maintain cleanliness in our casino's food and beverage areas - Assist in dishwashing, cleaning, and waste management, support our food service staff, and ensure health and safety regulation compliance. Qualifications: - HS diploma - Must have previous experience in food preparation and/or serving - Ability to meet physical demands of the position ? must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach overhead, push-pull and lift items that weigh up to - 50 pounds - Knowledge of sanitation practices - Team-player attitude and attention to detail | |
