Description


Duties:
Review incoming Terms of Service violation complaints and take any necessary action
Review and manually process incoming data requests
Investigate and process DMCA Takedown requests
Investigate Phishing Cases and action
Triage Workflows
Determine Actions and coordinates the next steps
Managing and tracking data.
100% Remote
West Coast Time Zone
9 AM - 1 PM PST but flexbile between 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Part - time 20 hours weekly

Skills:
Self starter with an ability to multitask. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail and an ability to start and complete tasks is very important. Candidates will need to be able to work independently.
Familiarity with Google tools (Chrome, Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus. Previous use of Salesforce and Slack would be beneficial.
Experience with Customer Support, managing ticketing systems aka Salesforce
Experience with Compliance/Policy Enforcement
0-2 years of experience with in support center
Experience with copyright infringement, Terms of Service Violation Complaints or DMCA Takedown request.
