CorTech is looking for a Post Market Surveillance Analyst for our client in Alpharetta, GA. Benefits Available! Get paid biweekly! Pay rate $43.15 per hour. Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES: Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Global Post Market Surveillance, this position serves as the lead Post Market Surveillance Analyst. This position is responsible for the reportability assessment of customer complaints and ensuring on time reporting for the United States, Canada, and EMEA vigilance (both MDD and EU MDR), as well as working with regional partners to ensure on time reporting in Japan, Asia Pacific, South America, and Latin America, and any other regions and regulations where applicable. This position has oversight of the Global Post Market Surveillance day-to-day guidance, trouble-shooting, and support. This position also applies computerized quantitative and analytical methods to interpret complaint trends and generates periodic management reports related to those analyses. EDUCATION : High School diploma EXPERIENCE: Skills Required: ? B.S. or B.A. in a related field ? 1-3 years in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry ? Experience with complaint handling systems ? A fundamental working knowledge of ISO, FDA, cGMP regulations/guidelines. ? Strong oral and written communication, analytical skills, and organizational skills Desirable but not required: ? EtQ Reliance Complaint Handling Software ? Some training in statistics is desirable | |
