We're actively recruiting for a skilled Meter Reader Lead to support mutiple locations in VA & NC. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (No weekends) This position would support the following areas. Travel will be in company vehicle: NC - Kitty Hawk, Elizabeth City, Williamston & Outer Banks VA - Chesapeake, Norfolk & Virginia Beach Pay: $22.00 per hour Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform ?ride-alongs? with contracted Meter Readers on a monthly basis - Complete monthly vehicle inspections - Track attendance and productivity - Monitor driving records (see below) - Counsel contracted of staff when needed/requested - Assist CorTech & Dominion supervisor with interviews and trainings - Report to scene of any incident - Carry out vehicle accident investigations which include: Taking photos of scene, obtaining police reports (if applicable), determining root cause analysis, scheduling follow up counsel with employees. - Assisting with scanning and reader meters when needed - Inspect and report malfunctioning meters - Remove and install meters when needed - Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualified candidates, apply directly to this ad to be contact by a recruiter!
