CorTech Staffing is seeking Assemblers for a Luxury Spa Manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI 1st shift 5:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (Some OT on Sat) Average 55-60 hours per week $15.80/hr Previous experience is not required Benefits *Weekly Pay * Referral Bonus *Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA *401k Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Varies by department- Drill Associate- Before drilling the jet pattern, the Drill Associate double-checks the work order to make sure the tub's make and model are accurate. Drills holes according to pattern Jet Set Associate- The associate for the jet set reviews the work order, deburrs, and positions/assembles the jets in accordance with the tub model. Framing Associate/Operations- The framing assistant frames the tub in accordance with the work order. Uses drills and power tools. First Water Quality Inspector- Before moving on to the next cell, the First Water Quality Inspector checks to make sure the tub is in good quality and in working order Foaming Associate- The foaming associate foams the tub according to the work order. Qualifications *Reliable Transportation *Previous Manufacturing experience preferred/Not Required *Eagerness to learn Physical Requirements: ? Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. ? Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and move in a repetitive motion during shift. ?
