CorTech is seeking to hire a Inspector 1 for our client in Fremont, CA!

$25.00/Hour
Shift: 1st
Shift Start and End Time: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Monday Through Thursday
Saturday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Provide inspection, testing, for fire alarm equipment to comply with NFPA72 standards as well as state and local codes. Complete required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations.
Follow and maintain highly structured inspection schedules.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Client tools and upload to city municipality websites.
Complete service ticket documentation before leaving the customer site.
Work overtime when needed.
Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
Complete required training and certifications within the time requirements for this role.
Provide hands-on training and coaching of entry-level inspectors.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED; Associate degree preferred
Ability to learn quickly Fire life safety and testing procedures and requirements
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have good customer-facing and customer service skills
Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
Must possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
