ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives, logs, and applies all customer payments. Downloads required backup for cash apps from customer portals Interprets the supporting documentation for proper coding Research and solves payment discrepancies Follows up on missing support for deductions taken Processes credit memos, RA???s, issues charge backs and disputes deductions when necessary Conducts account analysis to ensure customer account accuracy Reviews monthly aging Sends out statements to customers when needed Updates settlement reconciliation spreadsheet with customer deductions Initiates collection calls and/or emails customers regarding outstanding invoices Communicates with outside sales reps and customers High School Diploma Required Associate degree in Accounting preferred 3 years of hands on accounting experience in processing high volume receivables/ collections Familiar with ERP system and consumer package goods ## | |
