CorTech is seeking to hire a Customer Sales Specialist for our client in Chicago, IL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $15.33/Hour Position Summary: This position is in the Client Sales division within Large Format, supporting Sam?s Warehouse Club sales team. This candidate reports to the Director of Sales for Sam?s Club but will provide administrative and other analytical support to Sales Managers for Sam's Club on all four Client GCB business units. This is a dynamic environment, and the incumbent must be able to demonstrate high levels of communication, organization, initiative, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work independently while remaining flexible under pressure and changing priorities. Key Accountabilities: Daily/Weekly tasks: Work with Director & Sales Managers to establish priorities and follow up on project due dates Daily review of POS data for accuracy and successful migration to our reporting tools Sales update in weekly meeting of what?s working and what?s not working in our portfolio Sell through updates on rotational/seasonal events POS support for Puerto Rico Deduction balance reconciliation, invoice payments and ISB redemption reconciliation Monthly tasks: AC Nielsen category updates and review of highlights Review pricing on key Sam?s items vs AC Nielsen for value comparison Run and provide update to sales on Sam?s Member decomp reporting There is also a new group of reports we have not incorporated yet that will be part of monthly activity Monitor Sam?s OMNI Content scorecard and review brand PDP?s for opportunities to improve Work with internal partners to obtain necessary images & content to optimize OMNI scores Jexa / Digishelf monthly review for share and online content status Ad hoc support: Madrid or Nielsen data analysis for internal and external communication Buyer meeting support Analysis and presentation of that work Insights gathering and slide building Item maintenance in Client database for use in olap and power Bi reporting Item maintenance/setup/presentation sheets/wercs/1World Sync communication to Sam?s Inputting cost updates Quest ? item submission for ISB campaigns, Scan N Go offers and TPR?s Internal Client management of online images that we submit to Buying team Desired Skills: High degree of initiative High sense of urgency Strong attention to detail Interest in working in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Effectively works with cross-functional teams as well as independently Resolves issues by being resourceful Prioritizes workload effectively Learns computer software programs as required Minimum Requirements: Minimum 4 yr Degree, preferably with a focus on a business function Some previous CPG experience is preferred Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Proficiency in proofreading, pulling/formatting and analyzing data. | |
