Hourly Rate: $25/hour Hours may vary, but standard business hours are 8am to 5pm Position could require some travel at times Job Duties include but not limited to: Admin: Answer phones Greet Visitors ? Accept Deliveries to the SYR shop ? Order office supplies & stock items ? Assist in scheduling medical tests, and training for Syracuse employees ? Organizing and collecting time sheets from SYR employees ? Verify hours on T&M match Weekly Time Cards ? Enter payroll in PTE system ? Verify hours are proper per job numbers ? Check expenses (miles/tolls/etc) ? Scan and send to Corporate Admin staff ? Write purchase orders for materials/items needed for jobs ? Match POs to AP Invoices ? Process or assist in processing any AP documents ? Assist with processing job receipts ? Assist in booking Hotels, Rental Equipment and other job related activities ? Assist in delivering materials/supplies to local jobsites ? Filling out material sales order paperwork ? Assembling order ? Arranging delivery ? Assist in setting up jobs and document organization ? Help file job documents, drawings and photos ? Assist in developing invoices for customers Material Handler: Operate forklift and other miscellaneous equipment Ensure equipment is in proper working order Schedule and setup equipment for routine maintenance Prepare job boxes for job sites ?
