Description: CorTech International is looking for an energetic and driven candidate to add to our team! We are a staffing firm, offering long term, contract to hire, as well as some project or short term assignments within a variety of industries. From warehousing and distribution to medical device companies, food production etc. we as a brand strive for quality and great rapport with our clients and employees as a whole entity. The ideal candidate is someone with a can do attitude, friendly and outgoing personality. Ideally with a thick enough skin and willing to handle challenges as they arise. This is an internal full time position, open to entry level experience. We are seeking someone who is looking to learn, grow and expand within the staffing industry, with the possibility of growth and setting a career foundation. As a team member you will be an instrumental part of our team, the backbone to our operations. We are striving to achieve growth and continual expansion of our company?s territories. In this role the ideal candidate will work with the team to develop and grow and support recruiting strategy in order to ensure that qualified candidates are placed with the correct client and assignment within full compliance the end goal being a successful placement. Candidate will be responsible for mainly administrative support within the office, processing, screening, interviewing, completing full cycle onboarding and coordinating with our open orders to ensure quick and compliant placements. Responding to emails and assisting with communication to internal staff and clients, processing data entry of payroll for local branches. Job Requirements Strong communication and tasking skills, heavy phone and email use, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines as well as identify responses and task priorities as they change and are fluid throughout the day. Computer Savvy experience with Microsoft office & Google suites, ability to comfortably and effectively navigate browser systems Customer service experience Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus | |
