CorTech is seeking to hire a Credit AND Collections Manager for our client in Union MO, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.24/Hour Shift Details M-F 8am-4:30pm CST Responsible for accounts receivable and collections for the designated business unit and ensures processed in a timely manner. Manages financial transaction/data entry, financial data verification and records maintenance, and compiling/maintaining ad-hoc financial information to ensure accuracy. Ensures compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transaction, etc.). Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.) Manages accounting reports/schedules for internal and external audiences. Responsible for cash flow reporting, accounts receivable deposits, disbursements, check preparation and balance sheet analysis. Responsible for payment processing and application to customer balances, including reconciliation of cash payments to customer accounts and receivables age analysis and reporting. Monitors customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time and provides report on overdue accounts and follows up. Other tasks may be assigned as needed | |
