CorTech is seeking to hire a Engagement Center Specialist for our client in Saint John, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $19.31/Hour Shift: 8:00am ? 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. Skill Set Most recruited for: High School Diploma or GED Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: 1-3 years Call Center 1-3 years Healthcare 1-3 years Customer Service or Sales 1-3 years Healthcare Insurance Knowledge Epic Experience or other EMR Typing 35 WPM Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc. Monthly themed pot lucks and spirit weeks, recognition for KPIs and Quality New state of the art hospital in prime location.
