CorTech is seeking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $38.40/Hour JOB SUMMARY Client Performance Group, a division of Client Healthcare, operates to support and improve the healthcare supply chain for member hospitals, health systems and non-acute sites of care. The Communications Contractor is a key contributor in advancing the Client model, brand and culture throughout the industry and internally to our associates. As a member of the Marketing Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, distributing and measuring engaging content promoting the image, expertise and unique culture of Client ? both internally and externally. SUPERVISOR Director, Corporate Communications & Public Relations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate must demonstrate excellence in producing clear and concise employee-facing and B2B communications. Key responsibilities involve creating, publishing and measuring communications exemplifying Client capabilities, value and culture, and include but not limited to the following: Oversight of the corporate communications planning calendar Oversight and development of the social media calendar Ownership of the employee e-newsletter, copy & layout Content creation for social media including graphics, video, animation Producing and programming content for internal digital displays Maintaining media monitoring for queries and reports Writing web copy for Client intranet sites Developing and producing video scripts Project management KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Advanced proficiency in writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking. Attention to the details. Mastery of the AP style, punctuation and grammar Interviewing skills to capture the voice of executives, subject matter experts and associates Ability to translate complex topics into clearly articulated messages Proficient in digital communication and CRM platforms: Staffbase, HubSpot, survey tools such as Alchemer, and Adobe Creative Suite Photography Video production EXPERIENCE A minimum of five years of professional writing, communications, public relations, social media is required. Similar responsibilities within a healthcare organization or group purchasing organization are preferred. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers and external resources EDUCATION Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or healthcare supply chain management. CERTIFICATE / LICENSE N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS ? Work is performed in a fast-paced environment. Requires sitting for long periods of time. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a telephone, keyboard, calculator, and other office equipment. Work is often performed under stressful situations. Some travel may be required. OSHA CATEGORY ? The normal work routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids).
