CorTech is seeking to hire a Showroom Coordinator for our client in San Luis Obispo, CA! Pay rate:22.18 Work Hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm with potential for working 2 Sat per month. If working a Sat, they would get one day during the week off. Job Description: Candidate will cover the front desk, greet customers, book appointments, manage walk ins and order supplies. This is a customer facing position. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams. Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Prepare literature packages. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Maintain bid follow-up system. Address ?Thank You? cards for whole house selections. Qualifications: High school degree required. Experience in sales and customer service. | |
