Shifts Monday through Thursday 4:45PM to 3:15AM Friday through Sunday 6AM to 6PM 16 to 17.75 per hour depending on experience and shift JOB STATEMENT Pack customers? orders in accordance with specifications on production reports. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Package completed parts per procedure using the appropriate packaging materials (craft paper or foam) while minimizing waste. Verify dimensions needed for shipping crates using shipping reports. Set up, operate and adjust a variety of woodworking machines such as skill saws and radial arm saws to cut and shape wood sections according to specifications Fit, fasten and assemble wood parts to form crate using air powered nail-gun and metal strapping tools. Accurately label parts for shipping. Ensure all packaging is carefully placed and all box space is packed efficiently. Record all completed work on company approved/required documents. Assist other departments and employees as needed. Keep work area clean and neat Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual inventory. Other duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Less than one-year previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience. Basic reading, writing and math skills required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Regularly required to walk, stand, reach and bend. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
