CorTech Staffing is seeking Stand-up Forklift Operators for a local Franklin, WI Food Production company. 1st shift Mon-Fri 8 hrs $19.45/hr Job Summary: The Forklift Operator, under general supervision, is responsible for operating a gas or electric-powered forklift truck to move, stack, load, or unload materials, parts, and finished goods. Essential Job Duties: ? Loads/unloads trucks. ? Uses a pallet jack to move pallets around the production area, stages packaging materials on the production line, and occasionally load packaging conveyors with individual cases of product. ? Accesses Oracle and enters information. ? Supports and participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain). ? Must be able to a minimum of 65 lbs. consistently. ? May perform other duties as required.
