We are currently hiring for CNC Operator in West Chester, OH. 1st shift- Mon-Friday 5am-1.30pm OT as needed $25/hour Qualifications: ? A high school diploma; technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred ? Experience with metal fabrication and/or machining (including experience with CNC machines) ? Experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints ? Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects ? Ability to stand for long periods of time General Job Duties ? Inspection of materials and/or parts for conformance with the company and industry procedures, specifications and quality standards. ? Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints. ? Assisting in the design and fabrication of prototypes, products and product enhancements. ? Conducts quality inspections of finished product, parts, units, or processes to ensure quality standards are met. Evaluates and initiates resolution of non-conformance of material and/or product. ? Perform work with a focus on safety and maintaining a safe work environment. ? Utilize a wide variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to perform your tasks. ? Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, brakes, shears. ? Fabricating and constructing metal components. ? Grinding and finishing completed products.
