Team Tech : Maintains production, quantity and quality by ensuring that products are produced, offloaded, inspected, and prepared for the next step in the manufacturing process. General Job Duties: Look up, read, and understand specifications (Specs), drawings, and Manufacturing Instructions (MI?s) for the components or products or process Locate the Bill of Material and print the work order Wand raw lot # of material, components, and finished goods as required by the MI May be required to fill out Certified Process Paperwork Fill out Work in Process (WIP) strips Visually inspect products for defects May be required to perform certain tests to verify fit, form, and function. May be required to operate machinery and/or material handling equipment Perform assembly and packing duties Work safely in all aspects of the job Skills/Qualifications: Required: Must have a high school diploma or GED Punctual Able to listen and take directions Able to read at the 12th grade level and understand what is read Excellent attendance Good eye/hand coordination Close attention to detail Able to work in a sterile environment Able to read a ruler in 1/64th increments Positive attitude Ability to work alone or with others Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not daily) 20/20 vision (natural or corrected) Desired: Basic Mathematics (Addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, and conversions) Mechanical Aptitude Legible hand writing Desired: Basic Mathematics (Addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, and conversions) Mechanical Aptitude Neat legible hand writing CorTech Cares: Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weekly Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA 401k Online Employee Portal to adjust withholdings and view and print pay stubs Interview Coaching and Resume Assistance We look forward to working with you! | |
