Bindery Operator: -Operating bindery equipment per generally accepted Industry and Company operating procedures. -Follow posted production schedule unless otherwise directed by plant management. -Make sure proper material is available and staged as scheduled to run. -Meet or exceed shift production goals. -Ability to multi-task and plan ahead to keep machines operating at maximum efficiently and producing a quality product. -Know and follow accepted set-up procedures to produce a quality product. -Verify all production counts and record accurately. -Make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment to keep book quality and quantities within accepted Company guidelines. -Oversee and mentor crew on your shift. Requirements: -High school diploma or GED. -A high degree of mechanical aptitude. - 1-3 years machine operation experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. -Manufacturing experience preferred.
