CorTech is looking for a Revenue Specialist I (Collections) for our client in Cheektowaga, New York. Benefits Available! Get paid weekly! Pay rate $18.00 per hour. Shift: 8am-430pm est Monday-Friday CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Calling Accounts Payable offices ? Managing Account Queue ? Analyzing invoices for inaccuracy ? Working with billing, rating, invoicing, and sales to fix root cause issues ? Managing incoming emails timely ? Reviewing excel reports and updating properly JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES: Be responsible for working with current freight customers on problem resolution and debt management, while ensuring customer satisfaction. EDUCATION : High School diploma EXPERIENCE: No prior freight experience is required. | |
