CorTech is seeking to hire a Quality Control Clerk for our client in Montvale, NJ! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $20-25/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Must be able to read and understand customer blueprints/specifications. 2. Must be able to work using various inspection tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, etc.). 3. Must be able to keep and submit records of inspection results to Director. 4. Must interact well with production operators as well as production manager. 5. Must be able to follow written instructions. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Use results of inspection to improve production processes. 2. Final audit/verification of product to be shipped. 3. Assist Quality Manager with calibration requirements. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Communicate effectively 2. Good Math Aptitude 3. Computer Literate EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. SPC training 3. Product handling training 4. 3 years prior experience in a QA/Manufacturing environment | |
