CorTech is seeking to hire a Configuration Manager for our client in Tempe, AZ! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $45.00/Hour Shift: Shift 1 Shift Start and End Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Scheduled Days M - F We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Easy Vista Expert to take charge of managing and optimizing our Easy Vista platform. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Easy Vista modules, designing intuitive service catalogs, and implementing effective incident, request, problem, and change management processes. With your technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, you will lead the creation of insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making. As an Easy Vista Expert, you will also ensure the integration of Easy Vista with other systems, provide user training, and maintain platform security and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering efficient IT services and fostering a seamless user experience within our organization. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Easy Vista administration and configuration experience. Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices is crucial for designing and optimizing ITSM processes. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as Easy Vista Certified Administrator and ITIL Foundation will be advantageous.
